Date 17/4/2018 time mid night approx. 00:20hrs details o[censored]r partner - cab no hr 55 ab 7534, driver name - madan lal, mob - [protected] Ola service is one of the worst i have seen in india. I had book ola cab from manesar to sector 7 gurugram at 00:10hrs i left my headset in ola cab and after 10 min call to my cell no & found switch off then driver detail taken from ola customer care and call to driver he directly refuse and said not taken my phone while he picked up next ride after 30-40min but mobile got switched off after 10 min. I called ola support multiple times and they have provided driver details to me but not given any help to got it. I have do driver complaint at nearest police station.
