Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — Money charged not refunded since three months | |
DEAR CHADRASHEKHAR, CRN[protected] dt..02.20.2020. refer to your email wherein you have mentioned that Rs.440 will not be refunded back.This is simply ridiculous, as you have taken more then one and half month to agree to refund the excess Rs.440 wrongly charged to me and due to delay, you have imposed penalty of Rs.100 + Rs.100 for delay in payment.The delay was imperative due to delay in response from your end.We are no where liable to pay the penalty due to your fault ad delay in refunding our Rs.440. Secondly, as Rs.440 was charged to our OLA money account, so Rs.440 should be refunded back to same OLA money account and I m not interested in giving you my bank account number, details and cancelled cheque details.The amount should be refunded back to my Ola money account along with Rs.200, for the penalty charged. Till such time, the charges are not reversed, we will not be making any payments and we are liable only for making payment for the rides taken by me, except Rs.440 and Rs.200. IN case of any further delay from your end, will lead to non payment and you will be responsible for the same and I will escalate the matter to CONSUMER COURT for harassment and extra charges levied to us.
