Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — money deducted twice from bank account | |||
While paying the dues for ola postpaid, an amount of 4325.48 /- has been deducted twice from my bank account. The payment was made via google pay. Despite several complaints to ola to refund the extra amount, the only reply i get is that a team will assist you soon and we will process the refund soon but no further action is taken from their side. The transaction id for the amount deducted is f7kl-r141-imer Its been more than 15 days. The payment was made on 1st february, 2020 and the issue was raised immediately by me. But i am yet to receive the refund and there is absolutely no co-operation from ola. I am attaching the screenshot of the money debited twice.
