Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — money not returned | |||
The old auto person took cash from me inspite of me choosing an online payment. On reporting to ola i was asked to make both cash and online payment stating a refund will be done right away back to the source of payment. Now they have credited to ola money ola has forced me to make payment twice and are refusing to refund money back to my account. I booked Ola mini cab drive at 1030 hrs from ms palya to iskon temple yeshwantpur, Bangalore vide OTP 6323.he charged rs 290/- in stead of rs190/- which is excess by rs100/-.action may pl be taken and excess money may pl be refunded.
