Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — no repair approval & no new cab allotment since last 2 months | |||
I (Fino id: 3454zmn) taken a cab from ola on lease and become ola partner. My cab was breakdown in april'19 and my driver took that cab honda service center peeragadhi. Honda service center incharge told us that there is problem in engine so it will take around 2-3 months if ola gives their approval in time so you people go to ola and ask for other cab. We met mr. Amit an ola employee in sector 18 gurgaon office however, they haven't answer our query and we are still waiting for new cab to be alloted and start working. When i asked amit to refund our deposited amount he said that your rs.11000 would be deducted as your are cancelling it earlier than the agreed lease term. We are very annoyed as they are not able to provide us the new cab in place of the breakdown one and also deducting rs.11000 from security if we talk about cancelling the cab We also raised the request o[censored]nauthorised dry run charged on us. They told that they will be refunded within 20 days however it's around 2 months and we didn't received that as well. Please help us on this at the earliest Thanks in advance.
