Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — non transparent peak charges | |||
I was charged Rs. 958 for a trip from Chennai Central Railway Station to Nanganallur for a mini cab. The estimated price was around 257 Rs. and by the time I me I completed the ride the bill was 958 rupees. The time for the journey was 36 minutes with no traffic. After speaking to the customer care executive, I got to know that peak charges have been applied for the trip. The peak charges cannot be applied after boarding the taxi and It should have been applied before the trip at the time of estimating the cost. I would like to bring this unethical practice of Ola to notice. Was this information helpful? | |||
