Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — not responding by driver and reported in time | |||
Booked a micro at 05.30 am and received otp.1351.. Not reported in time. Driver vasanth kumar did not answer my repeated call and also not reported. Hence this booking is cancelled and you sent a message of cancellation charges of rs.30.00. This is not correct and acceptable for the fat of driver. Please cancelled this charges or otherwise i will stop booking olacabs in future. Was this information helpful? | |||

My friend booked for me ola auto in sholinganallur to tambaram... when I was riding he took me somewhere and he stopped auto beside the road and demanding for 600rs but the actual amount of 237 rs was showing in the ola app..please take a action on this..I don't know Tamil he took an advantage of that..because of him I missed my bus...
