Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — OLA cab driver sent was not the one which was communicated in the message | |||||
Hello, I had booked OLA cab on 25h Mar for outstation travel from Pune to Nashik. CRN number[protected]. I discovered it today that the OLA driver details shared by OLA were of Mr. Abhay Nimbalkar but the driver who reported on 25th March for the trip introduced himself as Mahesh. He mentioned that he is called Mahesh at home and his name on the records is Abhay. Since it was almost midnight I never thought of cross checking the details as he was carrying the phone number provided by OLA. The vehicle number was also the same - MH19-Y-7778) as communicated by OLA hence I did not bother to check any further details.
