My ola money account was hacked on 26/04/2019 late night and booked 2 package ride to consume approximate rs 4000. I lodged a complaint through ola customer support on 27/04/2019 and they replied me that they cannot do anything. It is really surprising that ola can't do anything on this cyber crime even after they have all the informations such as amount transferred to which account, vehicle number, driver details.
