Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — ola money fraud | |||||
I made transferred rs 999 from the hdfc card to ola money wallet on 18th feb. But i didn't receive it in my ola wallet so i notified my issue to ola customer care/zip cash. These so called customer case service people responds to mail saying "we would like to inform you that, we have sent your request to the concerned team for the transaction amount of rs.999/- and the same will be credited to your ola money account within 1 business day." From the past 2 months i am getting this sort of messages. I have also confirmed with hdfc customer care they have successfully transferred rs 999 to ola. I have provided hdfc card statement to ola customer care. Was this information helpful? | |||||
