Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — Ola not refunding my money, worst service

I booked a rental all day ride on Ola. Driver dropped us off after 10 minutes of trip as he said he can't do all day and does not have permit for Delhi. Customer care person spoke to the driver and told him that she will file the complaint against him and told me that this trip will be correctly cancelled but I was charged for the all day rental anyways for rs 1745. It's been more than 48 hours and I have not gotten my money back despite calling them several times.

Once you board the cab please share CRN[protected] with driver to start trip.

For this trip the driver fraudently took cash and deducted ola money also .. I need refund and apology
