I have OLA S1 pro electric bike. My scooter is having some issue with the display. My scooter is not getting started. Showed to the nearest service station, they said some issue with the BCU. Currently BCU is not available they are saying. Kept my bike for 8 days at their service station. Now they are saying that this service station is closed and they cannot check the issue. Went to nearest other OLA service station they say ticket number is for that service station so they cannot check the scooter. My scooter is not getting started and I am enable to transport it multiple times from one location to another. OLA customer care number is also not working. My location is Pimpri, Pune.
My OLA bike is currently at OLA service station, tathawade, Pune.
Please look into the issue at earliest as I am facing lot of inconvinience due to this.
