I'm using ola service, along with ola when they started in hyderabad and as well when traveling to other locations, i never experienced worst situation ever since, few divers are very brutal, not customer supportive and used hard-line voice and cancelled cab and ran away on 30th dec 2016. Due to this incident, missed train while traveling to important trip which tickets costs rs. 2, 400. Plus 500 rs. Ola money. I booked a cab in advance by at least 10 hrs to be picked up on today morning. But no driver contact showed..When contacted customer care, she told to cancel previous order and book in ride now.. well it was peak pricing @1.6 of the base rate... Why should I pay this additional charge when I be already placed an order and it was scheduled by ola ?
