Hi,
I had booked an ola share today for my husband as he was unwell. The route was from noida sector 62 to crossing republic.
The cab had reached mamura chowk and then a new booking came from noida sector 59 and thus the driver had to take a u turn and go back for the new pick up.
I called customer care and spoke to anil, he said that he cannot help as it is within 5 kms. I told him and my husband is unwell and we would cancel the pick up and asked him to refund the money however he mentioned that he cannot do this.
This is not correct approach. I have been a loyal customer and this kind of treatment is not appreciated. He is unwell, who will be responsible if anything happened to him.

This despite having paid in cash, 140, to the driver himself. Please remedy this.
