Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — one horrible experience with ola cab | |||
On 09/12/18, after reaching to Baguiati from Howrah station I have booked an OLA cab micro (CRN [protected]; Driver: Bikram Singh) nearabout 5.42 p.m. I had my wife and 2 years old son with me. After booking, I called the driver by phone and he told that he was at near Haldiram stoppage and coming to me. But, I saw he is taking a lot of time for picking up. So, I called him again and then he asked me ''apko kahan tak jana hai''? Then I told my destination and after that he didn't talk anything more. I thought he will come soon and waited in a cold dark evening with my little son. But I saw on app that the driver is not following his path for picking up. Immmediately, I called him but the driver had not picked up his phone after ringing him 3-4 times. And soon after that I found that the driver switched off his phone so that I could not call him. What should I do then, I had to book Uber with 1.5 times higher then norml fare. But, one thing, I should say Uber driver never cancelled my trip. Was this information helpful? | |||
