Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — Overcharged for ride | |||||
I took olacab on Saturday 19nov.from kalyan to Parel.They charge me 1630.00 for 53km.when I enquire they told that it is peak hours charges/High demand for cab charges.On my return journey I paid rs.760.00only for 54 km.by uber cab. So I would like to lodge formal complaint for malpractice & cheating. Even as per their rate chart the fare should not be more than 800.00 but they charge me 2 times(approx).Inspire of my best efforts they fail to respond to my complaint.AS per Mumbai Govt.
