Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — Overcharging | |||||
Hi I book four cabs from Gurgaon Railway station to Sector 31 (distance 6.7km) on 15 Aug 2016. 1 Cab 1 - Charged was Rs131 2. Cab 2 charged was Rs137 3. Cab 3 charged was Rs 129 However the cab four below was charged @Rs451. I booked a mini cab however the same has been upgraded to Sedan. Moreover, the driver took 16km and 42 min to cover the distance at 5.30am in the morning. On enquiring, the driver said that he was not aware of the route and hence he was moving around Gurgaon. The name of the drive that came for pick up was Pawan Kumar, however the message that came to my mobile number was showing Satpal ([protected]). I raised a request for refunding the excess amount charged for the excess travelling done due to the inefficiency of the driver and OLA has refunded Rs52 but still Rs 399 is too much for distance of 6.7km. I send several emails, however OLA customer care is not responding to any of the email. Appreciate if you could help me with that.
