Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — paid ola money but still adding late fee not transferred the amount | |
So i pay the ola money on time on 26 sep 2019 of 1381 rs/- and even after a day it doesn’t reflect on my ola money postpaid account. I wrote them emails sent them screenshot about the deductions but yet no use no Help on top of it they have been charging a late fee everyday. It’s one of the worst customer care services as they told me they would get back but till date nobody did. So a very bad customer service compared to the rest of the cab services (Uber is amazing on time response). So ola keep adding the late fee i won’t pay a single penny.
