Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — Paid thru cash yet shows dues

I had booked a cab from BIAL (kempegowda international airport) to N R Colony on Nov 5th 2021. The mode of payment was upi, but this was paid via cash to the driver. We requested the driver to clear the payment. Yet next day got a message for uncleared bill. I called up the driver to check if this was pending to marked paid from his side, but he said he has marked it paid, not sure why it still shows as due.

The same happened to me for another ride on Oct 22nd 2021. This ride was from N R Colony to Dattatreyanagar.
