Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — Payment charged twice for a ride CRN [protected] | |
Dear Team, This is with reference to the above mentioned subject. I had booked a cab on 0310/2021 for my family to reach home. The ride was booked under cash option and the amount of ₹166 was paid to the driver : Rajiv Nain (in cash). It was under CRN [protected]. I received reminder messages from ola that the amount was still outstanding. I wrote to the support help desk on the 20/10 followed by a reminder on 25/10 & then on 28/10 with no response to the above mentioned emails till date. The amount was also debited from my ola money account. I have been mentally harassed by ola ever since this ride on 03/10. I request you to look into this and treat this as a formal complaint against your services. Hope to receive a immediate response with a resolution to this issue. Was this information helpful? | |
