Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — Payment charged twice for a ride under CRN [protected] | |
Dear team, This is with reference to the above mentioned subject. I booked a cab on 03/10/21 for my family, to reach home under CRN[protected]. The ride was booked under cash option and the driver Rajiv Nain was paid cash after the trip ended. I received a reminder message from ola that the amount was still pending. I wrote to the support helpdesk option given on the app on 20/10 and reminder on 25/10 & again on 28/10 with no response till date. The amount was also debited from my ola money account. I have been mentally tourched by ola since this ride. I request you to consider this as a formal complaint against the service. Hope to receive a resolution to this issue at the earliest.
