Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — payment demanded again & late fees being charged | |
I booked a ola cab (Prime suv-ertiga) on 21st january, 2019 from taj hotel, mumbai to cbd belapur. I paid rs500/- through ola money & rest in cash (Details mentioned in crn-[protected]), then also, i am receiving message to pay rs500/- immediately & even late payment fee is also being imposed on me, your customer care no says, it is a wrong no. Even i have observed that while booking cab, if driver cancels the ride cancellation fee is charged from customer. Even i have sent a complaint on mail id - '[protected]@olacabs.com' but received no reply. If things continue like this, i will never take a ride through ola in future though i am a old customer of ola. Was this information helpful? | |
