Payment got deducted from ola postpaid, but driver also take UPI because he said his ola account is blocked & not showing amount.

Why should I pay twice if I already pay though UPI and having proof, kindly ensure driver has active account or not. As a customer I can't know his account is blocked. He shows me that's why I pay him through UPI.

I raise a ticket several times but without any resolution ticket is closed.
I am going to file as case as no worry for being in a family of lawyers.

Don't give me [censored] reason I have proof for twice payment. This is not my fault.
