Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — penalty of rs.50/- imposed though i did not cancel ola taxi on 31st october, 2017 | |||||
On 31st october i booked ola taxi from epip zone to state bank of india, aec layout at 10.15. The driver did not respond. I reported the matter to ola support through ola app. I got a response that i had to wait for five minutes more. Later i got a message that the ride was cancelled though i did not press the option. Today while booking a ride i noticed that rs.50/- was imposed and collected from me. This is unfair as i did not cancel the ride. So please arrange to withdraw the penalty of rs. 50/-.
