Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — pre-booked ola 10 hours prior to leaving. driver cancelled without any reason. | |||||
Crn:- [protected] I pre-booked a taxi on ola yesterday at about 8 pm to ensure timely pickup because i had a very important work to attend to. As ola shares the details of the driver 10 minutes before the scheduled time, i waited till 9.35 am and received the details of the driver followed by a text that your driver has cancelled. I called the driver (Devender kumar) that why'd he cancelled the pickup, he said he was at a far off location which in reality is 1 km away from my pickup location. I thought i should book a new cab, three other drivers after him cancelled pickup without any reason. And i missed my important work because of all this. The idea behind pre booking is that we need a taxi at a given time at a given place because we are hundred percent sure of our plans. Kindly look into the matter. And also refund my ola money that is still in the wallet as i don't wish to travel with you guys anymore. I can't make myself look bad in front of my clients just because your drivers are highly unprofessional and untrained people. Was this information helpful? | |||||
