— this was my complaint — Dear ola support/team ola money, In an earlier email, i've explained my issue that i am unable to login to my ola account as i've lost my mobile through which i set up the account. You guys "resolved" it without ever sending me a link to log in to my account. I've been patient and even reminded you for the link in the same email without no response. Please do the needful as soon as physically possible or i'll never clear the due along with whatever "late fee" you guys immorally add on. They say they will send a link to login and never actually do!! In the meanwhile my due is increasing due to their policy of adding fine every day as late fee!! They just resolve it on their end without actually solving any issue.!!! Your request (Ticket[protected] has been resolved. I'm never paying them back if they never send me a link to log in.
