Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — Refund issue - 312 rupees - refused from OLA and from my bank | |||
I have booked cab on 24.08.2021 from Coimbatore. I booked cab for my guest. I paid amount through my debit card which is 312 rupees. Once the journey ends, the driver demanded for cash to my guest. I told him that i paid the amount through my debit card. But the driver told us he had not received any cash, pay the cash in hand. So my guest paid the amount in hand. I approached Canara Bank for my refund process. The issue was not solved. So I raised complaint in my bank. Once the complaint had been raised, i got the message from my bank stating that the problem is with the acquirer bank. Now i contacted ola for processing my refund. But they are saying that the refund can not be processed since it's been two months. It took time for me to find out where the problem is. I have to approach my bank to know what is the problem. Now it is the responsibility of ola to refund my money. They are not ready to process my refund. It is not acceptable for me to pay the money to ola two times unnecessarily. Kindly do the needful.
