Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — reminders, phone calls and mails regarding a pending bill of 1000+ | |||
I'm getting reminders via phone calls, emails and messages for a pending bill of 1000+ for the part two months. This is nothing but a harassment. 2. The last time i used ola cab was in bengaluru around 2 months back. I'm sure i have paid whatever the bill from my ola act till there was a credit in my ola act. Whatever the remaining i have settled by cash to the driver concerned. 3. So the reminders i received from ola are not understandable. 4. I would like to have the full details of the pending bill which please let me know, instead of simply sending an abstract. 5. Meanwhile please let me have a copy of my ola act statement also with the last 10 transactions. 6. I will be much obliged if you can send the details to me i required, before clearing the pending bill amount. 7.
