Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — repeated harassment in spite of clearing bills | |||
Booked ola cab from bengaluru airport on 24/02/2019, around 3 am. Being direct pickup, i never got driver's name or contact no. After reaching destination bill was 800. Driver took 800 cash and deducted 500 ola money as well. After few days i started getting notifications & calls from ola to clear my dues. I contacted customer care to clarify the issue, but they seemed reluctant to help. Since then i have been getting 8-10 calls everyday. Seems they can't question their employees, but don't mind harassing valuable customers. Shame on you ola. You guys really need someone who has actually done his/her mba and knows something about 'management'. My entire family n friends have stopped using ola services. Uber is much better. the driver of this auto behave in such a manner that i make my to cancel my ride. better to train them how to behave with their customers .
