Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — repeated reminders for non payment of dues which isn't true-rajani menon | |||
Hi I have been getting repeated reminders, sms and calls regarding non payment of dues to ola. I have explained several times to the customer service that i have always paid the cash to the driver for the payable amount (Once or twice through ola credit of my husband) as i deal with only cash payments to cabs booked through ola ap. I am unable to understand that if i hadnt paid, would the cab driver let me go?? If the driver hasn't paid to ola, am i responsible? I hereby request you to please stop all these calls regarding legal action and outstanding payments as nothing is pending to be paid from my end. (Guess it is some amount of rs.300 or something for which i need not deny paying to ola.) this is not payable by me as i have made full payments to the driver for all my rides. Please note.
