Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — Rude and Abusive behavior of Ola Cab Driver | |||
Hello, My name is Rajesh Goyal, resident of Ajmer (Rajasthan). I am a Government Servant in SBI. Today I booked a Ola cab (CRN[protected] from Ajmer Railway Station to Panchsheel Nagar from my phone no. [protected] at 12:53 PM. Driver name was "Anil" with White Shift Dzire. I clearly locate the address to the driver but he didn't respond me properly and however when I reached to him he didn't respond properly and was very angry don't know why! I told him "at least you should try to call me or locate me by call" on this conversation he respond me very abusively that " Tere Jaise chappan 100 bhut aate h, chal ja " and he cancelled my booking and I was stuck. Unable to understand what happened, Is this the Customer Service you are providing to me and my family. I was with my old mother & wife, it was a hot day of Rajasthan and I was surprised!!! and very disappointed from this service. I always use Ola cabs for travelling and this is my worst experience ever and still shocked that how come a service provider of a reputed million $ company can talk like this!!! I am also in this service industry by providing banking services and going to retire but I never seen this rude and abusive behavior. Is this the OLA CABS services, on which they proud. If this is the scenario I would not use it's services in future and not allow my family and friends to use this. Was this information helpful? | |||
