Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — rude driver behaviour | |||
I booked an ola auto today and my drop point is chennai central station. Immediatly, after i boarded the auto, she (Driver uma) asked me the estimated fare to be paid and the drop pt. I said it’s 370 rupees and the drop pt is central station. She said, please cancel the ride in ola and then yu can pay me 400 rupees. I agreed to cancel ola ride, but i didnt understand whats the reason behind it (My biggest mistake). Then she started the trip and also mentioned that please switch on google maps as she is not aware of the route. Then i guided her the route and fianlly we reached the destination. She asked me to pay 450 now, and said she has taken long route and the map was wrong. I was shocked by her behaviour, as how could she get such a cheap reason to get money from me. She asked me to cancel, she suggested to use maps and finally demanded more money for this reason!! She started such an heated argument and finally said pay 100 extra now..😒 Please take action on this driver, so that other passengers are not affected by such rude drivers..
