Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — Service worst and poor drivers | |||
On 2nd dec i took a cab and driver stopped the trip after taking the crn. Driver said me that trip closed by mistake and he told he will return 60 rupees and told me to complaint at ola. Ola customer executives dont have manners how to behave with customers when we faced the problems because his partners and negligible responses. They were also telling me that they will return my ola money and no compensation against fault from their end. Ola management dont have guts to take action against his partners and ola cheating the cusyomers and running behind only the 25% commission and they dont want customer happiness.
