When booking a taxis from my current address. I waited 20 minutes for then the driver to turn up around the corner from my pickup which i tried to explain he was not at my address has he was adamant he was here. To which he then cut the call off and shouted down the phone he will not pick me up and cancel the taxi. Disgraceful service for first time users. Also i actually got charged for the cancellation of this taxi which i would like a refund. Was this information helpful? | |||
