Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — Unethical behavior in cancelling the trip without intimation | |||
I had booked a cab on 14th January 2017 at 5.50AM.Cab driver called up me at 5.55 AM and informed me that he has arrived at the place.I have informed him that I will reach in 5 minutes time.After reaching the place along with my wife and kid, i could understand that he has cancelled the trip, with out informing me.I had to reach airport by 6.25 AM.With luggage and family along with me, I could not search another vehicle in time.Finally I could manage an auto but I could reach the airport by 6.35AM only.By the time aircraft(Jet Airways) had closed their counter and I missed the flight.As a result, I missed the connection flight from Mumbai to Mangalore also. I had to book another ticket and had to travel at 11.05AM which costs us Rs24000/-. I had also lost Approx Rs. 17500/- for the earlier ticket as cancellation fee. Altogether I had faced lot of mental struggle and loss of money and time due to the unethical behavior from the driver of OLA.I request to arrange the compensation for the same.
