Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — Very rude and unacceptable behaviour by a driver - chennai | |||||
My wife with our new born kid booked a cab on 4th September with a Ride later option (@1030 pm) from Tnagar to Pallavaram. The cab booked was mini (indica), there were 4 pax + 4-5 small luggage( can easily be accommodated in Indica). The driver came at 10.30 and started shouting looking at the number of passengers and the luggage, he asked us to cancel the trip. We booked the cab with ride later to be sure that we get a cab. We started telling the driver that we came by same type of car and all the luggage were easily accommodated. He started threatening my wife that he will file a police complaint, we didn't budge. We immediately called Ola customer care and started telling them the problem, they immediately sent another INDICA and we boarded and left. I want you to take serious action on Manikandan (driver - TN22CR5245) for such a rude behaviour to a female and that too with a new born kid. I can provide the CRN number if required.
