This is with respect to the shared service of your cabs I had availed for on the 24 Dec, 2016 Ride details OSN[protected]. I would bring to your notice that your driver had insisted on payment in cash saying that it was reflecting the same in the app despite on my request to deduct from OLA money. However inspite of paying cash I find equal amount deducted from my wallet too. Inspite of constant follow up with the Ola support team I didn't get any resolution.
