Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — Wrong Charge deducted

I have booked cab on 4th of October at approx. 11:30 pm. At the time of booking it shows cab will reach within 4 min. I have wait more than 10 min. In between booked cab number changed 2 times. So I have cancel it and book cab from another cab provider.
I have raised complain about the same and got confirmation from customer support that it has waived-off. But till now it has not reflected in my account.

I have mailed multiple times but after that there is no response from the company.

You being a valuable customer to us, we have waived off/Refunded your ride cancellation fee.

We would like to inform you that the cancellation fee is charged when you cancel a ride after 5 minutes post confirming the booking or if a driver-partner cancels your booking after waiting at your location for 5 minutes or more. This helps us to compensate the driver-partner for the time, effort, and fuel spent while trying to serve you.

In the future, we request you to report such issues via the support feature before booking the next ride to opt for a cancellation fee waiver if eligible.

- Login to your Ola account.
- Select "Menu"
- Select "History"
- Select the particular ride
- Click on "Get help"
- Click on "Billing/Payment Related"
- Click on "Charged cancellation fee incorrectly"
- Now select the cancellation fee reason accordingly and click on "Submit"

There is no update after false commitment of issue resolved.

If issue has been resolved then why it not reflecting in my account.

Please respond with solution, if there is not any solution respond it is not possible, then I will decide what to do next.

No response has been received yet.

Could you please delete my account from your portal or guide me on how to do it myself if it is possible.

The service will not be used by me in the future. A company's lack of support makes it very dangerous to utilize their services.
