Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — Wrongly charged rs.50 for cancel ride in actual driver get wrong address for pickup | |||
Hi, Yesterday i booked cab using ola app. After 5 min i called driver and asked for reach early. Again after 5 min driver called me and said that he is on my location but i found that he is still not reached. When i called second time to driver and ask where is he, then driver confirms that he is on right address which is received from ola app and in actual ola app sent wrong location to driver and its 6km far from my location. So i canceled that cab and booked once again a new cab. Second ride done properly but when i reached message received from ola that charges of ride is rs.107 + rs.50 extra for cancellation of ride. I contact ola support via twitter and they suggest to go through app and register complaint. But there is no option available that ola charged wrongly. They only give options regarding drivers. What ola thinks that ola app will always work perfectly? Ola is thinking that fault is only of drivers or only of customer. Ola give me my rs.50 back.
