Ola Cabs — Booking Confirmed but driver refused to come at the last minute

This is with respect to CRN[protected]. The booking was confirmed and I was hoping for the vehicle to turn up. But at the minute when I was supposed to leave, the cab driver (Nagasheshi - [protected]) refused to come to pick me up because he was too far away from my location. This is outright insane. If he was far, why was he assigned to the duty? He had not even left to pick me up until the time I was intended to leave!! And I was stuck up with no alternative. I will never trust Ola again in my life and will convey this to all my friends and family so that none of them get to suffer from this sort of ordeal.
