Ola Cabs — Cab booked, did not arrive, yet charged | |||||
I booked a mini cab on Wed, 09 Mar early morning from Besant nagar to IIT Madras. I tried to contact the driver but the reception was improper at his end, so I couldn't communicate the exact pickup point. I tried calling several times but the same thing happened. The driver ultimately did not turn up. I booked another cab, and some time later I got a message with the invoice of Rs 147 for this cab that did not arrive. So I'm assuming the driver went to the drop location and ended the meter and charged me. I would like to clarify what has happened with the billing. My Ola money was empty and so nothing was deducted, but if I am to recharge again, I might risk a deduction.
