Ola Cabs — Cab booking no:crn[protected] | |||||
I had booked a ola cabs from my house to railway station and this is a ride later booking. This is for next day morning 4:50 am booking. I also got the booking confirmation no crn[protected] from ola stating that they will share the driver no 15 mins before the ride. As my place is out side the city, i even called to the customer care and confirmed by booking. But at the riding time 4:50 am i got a sms from the ola stating that my booking was cancelled as they don't find a cab near by. As my place is outside the city, it will be difficult to find a cab, so i had chosen for ride later option. Ola could have confirmed that the cab availability in my area is very less and the booking can be confirmed at the time of ride in the confirmation booking sms. At last i have to search for another taxi service which eaten up my time to catch the train and rushed to railway station. This is my first booking experience and worst experience i had with ola. Ola Cabs — Check the number once on which somebody's booking the cab it could be a false number
I m always getting messages from ola that your driver will be xxxx and will be on xxxx time. I never booked any cab. i just want to say kindly check once that whatever number is feeded by customer that belongs to them or not. You can call them and can ensure it.Please kindly look into the matter as soon as possible.
