Ola Cabs — Cab came an 1 hour late for the 3rd time | |||
Hi, 1st incident - I have booked a cab for Apr 10, 2015 10:00 AM, CRN74067944. I have booked the cab a day before to avoid any last minute rush. On the next day the cab driver informed that he will be late by an hour. So I have cancelled the cab that day. 2nd incident - I have booked a cab for 23rd April at 10AM, CRN77356496. Again I have booked a cab a day before. When I called the cab driver multiple times, he informed me every time that he will reach in 10 mins. The cab came late by 1 hour saying that he have another passenger. My brother got delayed for his competitive exam. I have called an raised a complaint #16555932 and have not received any response as of 24th April. 3rd incident - I have booked a cab for 24th April at 10AM, CRN77356496. Again I have booked a cab a day before. When I called the cab driver multiple times, he informed me every time that he will reach in 10 mins. The cab came late by 1 hour saying that he have another passenger. My brother got delayed for his competitive exam. I would like to ask who should be held responsible if he misses the exam and who will compensate for his loss of 1 year.
