Ola Cabs — cab cancelled without prior information | |||
Hi, I had booked cab with booking id :CRN31612278 on 23-jan-2015 for 25-jan-2015 5:20 a.m from Gurgaon to New Delhi Railway station as i had to board a train from new delhi railway station. I got a confirmation message with driver and cab details in the morning at 5:00 a.m. and suddenly within 5 minutes i received a message that my cab has been cancelled as there is no car near my pickup location. I called the customer care number and they told me they are having over booking so they could not provide me the cab. I told them i had booked the cab one day in advance so how can there be any kind of over booking and i had received the driver details as well. He said there is some problem in the system and he cannot provide any other cab as well. Due to this I missed my train from New Delhi Railway station as i could not get any other cab. This has been my worst experience. Ola cabs are not reliable at all. Was this information helpful? | |||

The cab was booked for 24-jan-2015 and not 25-jan-2015. sry for the typo...

Atrocious fare
For a distance of 8.5 km, i was charged Rs. 446 on 28/5/2016. I had accepted a surge fare of x 2.2. But how that can result in such a high fare is not clear. The basic fare is Rs. 9 per km. This atrocious charge is made in the most opaque manner.3%
