Ola Cabs — Cab driver misbehaviour | |||||
We booked cab from mahadevpura to bommanahalli at 10: 20 pm on 12th Nov, 2015. We got indigo check with driver named salim. We went till marthahalli jeevika hospital and there we got traffic then he said we will go by right service road and I said it's not needed but he did not listen as he needs to handover the cab to owner as soon as possible.. then we went in service road n there also we got traffic then he turned the cab again then I said to go in the same line in jeevika hospital road but he instead asked us to book another cab... to get this cab we had to wait for one hour on the queue.. then I asked him y did u accept the booking... then he said we will go from krpuram-->indiranagar--> koramangala--> madiwala--> bommanahalli which was longest route.. if we has gone from marthahalli the bill would have come 300 around but it costed me 567 rupees and the driver was very rude he said on my face that Ola customers are worst customers and he was driving very rashily...
