Ola Cabs — cancellation at last moment in early hours

This has reference to the subject and booking reference: CRN 76464848 booking done on 19th and received confirmation. Booking was for 20th 4.55am drivers number and details of vehicle was informed at 4.32 am on 20th April 2015 at 4.40am call received from driver mentioning that he is in distance of 12 to 13 KM and for particular pickup its loss for them hence they requested to OLA for cancellation. Immediately once call off we received cancellation of booking. It was left only 10mnts for me to arrange new vehicle for Railway station..
