Ola Cabs — car did not turn up after accepting booking. | |
Last Friday I booked an Olacab at Cochin to go to railway station. Got sms confirmation (CRN[protected] with details of driver/car. Neither did the car come nor my repeated calls to the driver/customer care were successful. Finally a relative dropped me at the station just on time. It seems Ola ceased to exist after SMS confirmation! I wish I could say Ola to somebody in Ola!!! Was this information helpful? | |
