Ola Cabs — Cheated with deducting more amount

I am using OLA from past 4 months and I had booked the cab for my brother to drop him to VRL Travels PVS Bulilding Mnagalore from Kadri Temple Road (Vasanth Vihar) Mangalore which is 2.3 Kms and takes 5 minutes. I booked the cab for 16th August 2015 at 9:45 pickup time. I did booking atleast 3 hours prior to the pickup time. I received a message from the OLA cab with Driver name number and cab details at 9:15 PM. However there was no call from driver until pickup time. So I called the driver and found that he was not informed about the pickup. When I told him that I have booked 3 hours prior and it is very important as we might miss the bus. He said that he would check with the OLA cab manager and would get back. Later he came and when my brother was about to board he found that Manager had provided wrong information and customer name to driver. Now again the driver called the manager and manager asked him not to pick my brother and to go and pick as per the information manager. I showed the SMS that I received from OLA to the driver and asked him when I have booked it 3 hours prior and the bus is at 10:15 how can the manager insist him not to pick us. Finally driver agreed to drop my brother. After 5 minutes I received call from My brother stating he reached. I was shocked when I received the bill from OLA the next day, they have charged me Rs. 102/- and it states First 2 KM: Rs. 49 Next 2.3 KMs: Rs. 27.6 Ride time charge: Rs 20 (which means the total ride time was 20 mins????) I was shocked to see this as I regularly use the cab and when the distance is 2.3 kms how can they charge for 4.3 kms and ride time of 20 mins?? I emailed customer care of OLA on the same and the response was horrible. I have attached the charge sheet for mangalore, bill and email response for your reference. We see that the ride has been charged as per the mini rates of Sedan and the Minimum bill of Rs.100/- for the first 4KMs and Rs.13/- thereafter for 0.3 Kms and ride time charges is of Rs.15/-& tax of Rs 5.41. We would like to inform that the charges are valid charges. Kindly find the fare break up as follows: The invoice has been attached for reference. The total invoice comes to Rs.102/- and the amount payable to the driver was Rs.102/-. Hope this clarifies.
