Ola Cabs — complaint no. 2919494 | |||
on dated 28/06/2015, vide CRN 95214588, I booked a cab. vehicle no. TN-32/L-9598 reported for pick up at perambur railway station. After dropping at BBC city paark, valasaravakkam, driver D. NATARAJAN (cell no. [protected]) demanded Rs, 598/-. The normal fare as per the system reported by OLA was Rs.299/-. Without informing the customer, OLA had assumed and applied on their own without the consent of customer, a high demand criteria. In this instance, OLA claiming that they have informed for the rate of 2 in the email confirmation. The confirmation email attached shows that such a confirmation is not there. This amounts to a near cheating of the customer. OLA claims to be cheap and best. But it has an hidden agenda and levies the double rate in the name of high demand(peak time).
