Ola Cabs — Complaints against drivers | |||
Hi ola, I am sharing my horrifying exp. With ola cabs. I had pre-booked a ride with ola for 19th june 7:38 pm, bangalore which was confirmed and the crn was[protected]. However, just at 7:15 pm, the driver mr. Javeed ([protected]- cab ka53c2570) called and first asked drop location, when i said majestic, He refused to come without informing in advance and said i am very far off and then said tyre puncture (As usual lame excuse by ola driver). Another driver mr. Kalandar ([protected]) was scheduled to pick me up at 7:40 - he also called and said i am not willing to go, After a delay of 30 mins from the scheduled time but he too refused to come and said he was far off. At 8 pm, i got a message from ola about driver initiated cancellation as there was no response from me it seems (Crn[protected]. After confirming a ride in advance, i was left stranded! The services of ola has been pathetic. Without informing in advance the driver refused to come, Ola made no suitable alternative available. This is definitely not acceptable. I would like to warn people before they book ola rides for any important affair. Therefore, i request ola to take immediate stern action against these cheat drivers who lie always and clean the system. Please compensate me as per norms. Restructure:- 1) come with new plan of driver's payment/share :- it should depend on no. Of km and not no. Of rides completed by driver. No ola drivers are willing to cover longer distance.
